v0.03 post release

the first post jam update is out. sorry for the wait. this is just a quick one to address feedback about paths being too small and no controls tutorial. I did a quick update to add those in. I'm currently trying to think off npc dialogue to populate the town with, but am running into a blank. waiting on the team's writer to help. thanks for the patience!
